Production version of R3 concept MPV will got 1.5 liter engine

Suzuki Motor Corporation’s Indian subsidiary, has announced that it will begin selling a newly designed, three row seat passenger vehicle in 2012.

The new three row seat passenger car is expected to have an engine size of 1,500cc, with an annual production of 50,000 units per year. It will be based on the R3 concept car, which was unveiled at the  Auto Expo in New Delhi in January.

A source close to Suzuki informs suzukifan that expect the car sell in some countries in Europe and other market esspecialy right hand drive to get the car from Plant in India. There are talk about CKD from India as well.

As they reported the car will start sell in January 2012
