NO place for Suzuki Alto in 7 final list in ” 2010 Europian car of the year”
The 2010 Europian car of the year which heled by 7 leading Europian car magazine has annunce 7 finallist in 2nd round of 2010 competition. the 7 car are Citroën C3 Picasso, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Opel Astra, the Peugeot 3008, Skoda Yeti, the Toyota iQ and Volkswagen Polo.
Notable absentees are the Honda Insight , Toyota Prius and Suzuki Alto
A total of 59 judges, from 23 different European countries will vote only 1 best car from that list.
The following models were well on the list but have not reached the 2nd round:
the BMW 5 Series GT, the BMW X1, BMW Z4, the Chevrolet Cruze, Ford Ka, the Honda Insight, Hyundai i20, Hyundai ix55 , the Kia Soul, the Kia Sorento, Land Rover Discovery 4, the Lexus RX 450h, the Mazda 3, Mitsubishi Colt, Nissan 370Z, the Nissan Cube, the Peugeot 5008, the Porsche Panamera, Renault (Grand) Scenic , the SEAT Exeo, the Subaru Legacy / Outback, Suzuki Alto / Nissan Pixo, the Toyota Avensis, the Toyota Prius, the Toyota Urban Cruiser and the Toyota Verso.
